RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

The products supplied via this site are entirely bespoke and use a highly automated print system whereby all orders are immediately placed into the print system for processing.  As a consequence, once the order is placed you may not cancel the order or return the product unless the product is faulty or defective.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. You must tell us of any product faults within 20 days of the date on which we sent you the order confirmation relating to those products. To report any problems, please contact us at support@penfoldprints.com. We will endeavour to respond to all customer service requests within 48 hours. We may require photographic evidenceof the faulty or defective products.
