The following summary provides updates of any known production issues across our global network. Shipping times to some destinations are changing daily
UK
Production – Currently no known delays
Shipping – The previous cyber incident that affected Royal Mail international deliveries has been resolved, but deliveries may take slightly longer for the following services

EU
Production – some impact - Closed Monday 25th December, Tuesday 26th December and Monday 1st January
Shipping - A delay of up to 1-2 days for parcels sent via DPD due to staff shortages
Deliveries into Ireland delayed by up to 9 days due to slow processing of orders through Irish customs
USA
Production - Closed Monday 25th December and Monday 1st January - some impact on production
Shipping- Good - Currently no known delays
Canada
Production – Currently no known delays
Shipping - Canada express orders shipped from the UK are currently delayed by 3 days; overnight services by 1 day
Australia & NZ
Production – some impact - Closed Monday 25th December, Tuesday 26th December and Monday 1st January
Shipping – Our logistics partners are experiencing unprecedented volumes surpassing even last year's records. They anticipate an additional day on all Standard & Express delivery times
RoW
Production – Currently no known delays
Shipping - Israel - Israel Post is continuing to provide postal services bur all items are subject to delay. The current military situation means many cancelled flights, closed roads and security restrictions. The retention period for unclaimed items has been extended to 30 days throughout the country. Royal Mail is currently unable too accept items addressed to Gaza or Khan Yunis
Postal services are completely suspended to Palestine
Shipping to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus had been suspended by shipping carriers
