SHIPPING POLICY

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  Please note also our Terms and Conditions and our Returns and Refund Policy.

Shipment processing time

Unframed prints are typically shipped within 2-3 working days. Framed prints are normally shipped within 5 working days.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please also note that whilst restrictions remain in place associated with COVD-19 delays may occur in both processing and shipment.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 We ship globally and process orders at multiple locations in order to optimise the process and minimise shipping costs.  Our suppliers will work to identify the most efficient method of delivery and for this reason shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.    At this stage we will also provide an estimate on delivery time.  Note, this is shipping time and is additional to the processing time stated above.  These estimates do not constitute a guarantee of the delivery time and should be used only as a guideline to the shipping timescales.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Shipping options

For some products, in some locations, we are able to offer standard, untracked, shipping costs.  Please note that in the event this is selected the shipping is entirely at your risk and we cannot take responsibility for product lost in transit.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We cannot take responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

If any products are damaged or lost during shipping please contact support@penfoldprints.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case they are needed for filing a claim.
